We Print In-House
We print your order in our Miami shop for $0.35 per inch. There is no minimum order. Standard production takes 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Press and Go
Your transfers come ready to press. Pre-press the empty garment, apply the transfer, peel the film, then cover the design and press to seal. No weeding or masking needed before you apply them to the garment.
What "Ready to Press" Actually Means
A ready to press DTF transfer shows up at your shop already done. The design is printed on film, powdered, and cured. Pre-press the empty garment, position and press the transfer, peel the film, then cover the design and press to seal. No weeding, no cutting, no layering vinyl, and no printer to buy. All you need is a heat press.
Here is the difference between DTF and heat transfer vinyl. With vinyl, you cut the design and then pick out every piece of material that isn't part of it. On detailed artwork, that weeding step can take longer than pressing the shirt. With DTF, the sheet comes out of our printer exactly how it goes onto the garment.

How to Press Them
Press the empty garment
Press the empty garment for 10 seconds at the temperature you are about to use. Custom and Same Day DTF Gang Sheets: 300°F on cotton and blends, 280°F on polyester and synthetics. Glitter DTF Transfers: 300°F. This drives the moisture out of the fabric. Skip this step and the transfer can lift at the edges.
Press the transfer
Press the transfer for 10 seconds at that same temperature. Custom and Same Day DTF Gang Sheets: 300 degrees Fahrenheit on cotton and blends, or 280°F on polyester and synthetics (dry-fit, jerseys). Glitter DTF Transfers: 300°F. Pressure: 60 to 80 PSI on an auto or pneumatic press, medium to firm on a manual press. On gang sheets, less heat helps keep the polyester dye from migrating into the transfer, and it doesn’t always solve it.
Peel
Our Custom and Same Day DTF Gang Sheets peel hot: lift the press, wait 5 to 10 seconds, then pull the film off in one motion. If you can’t peel right away, the film also comes off cleanly once the transfer is fully cold. Glitter DTF Transfers wait until the film is completely cold, not just warm.
Seal it, never skip this step
Seal it for 10 seconds at the same temperature you used for the transfer: 300°F on cotton and blends or 280°F on polyester and synthetics on gang sheets, 300°F on glitter. Don't skip this. After removing the film, cover the design and press for 10 seconds at the same temperature to seal. Use a teflon sheet if you want a glossy finish, or lay a cotton tee or linen cloth on top for matte.
Heat presses are not calibrated the same way, so treat these as a starting point and test one shirt before running a batch. Always press on a flat area with no seams or zippers underneath. Fabrics That Fight Back
DTF works on cotton, polyester blends, canvas, and most standard apparel. But three things cause problems in our shop. You should know them before you order.
Moisture wicking and UV treated garments
The chemical finish sits between the ink and the fiber, which messes with how well the ink sticks. Some cotton piqué polos have the same treatment on them, but the label won't tell you that.
Certain polyesters
When the fabric heats up, the dye moves and ends up staining the transfer paper. You run into the exact same issue if you press over a shirt that already has sublimation printing on it.
Anything with a texture
The film needs a flat surface to bond into the fabric.
Made for Any Fabric Garment
We print each transfer with professional grade inks and films. They hold up wash after wash without fading or peeling. The DTF inks, film, and adhesive powder are all OEKO-TEX certified.
Pricing by Volume
Gang sheets are priced per linear inch of 24 inch wide film. Most other suppliers use 22 inch film. That means each linear inch you buy from us gives you about 9% more usable area.
A 24 inch sheet costs $8.40. A 600 inch roll costs $186.00. No order minimum, no membership, and no setup fee.
Custom gang sheets go into production within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If you order Same Day Gang Sheets before 1:00 PM ET, they go into production that same business day. We print and ship from our Florida facility to anywhere in the United States. Ground shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. We only ship, so pickup is not available.
Turnaround
Standard production runs 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Need it faster? Same Day Gang Sheets get priority and ship the same business day if you order before 1 PM ET. That costs $0.50 per inch.

Use 60 to 80 PSI on an auto or pneumatic press, or medium to firm pressure on a manual press. Use the selected temperature for the pre-press, transfer application and final seal.
1. Pre-press the empty garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture.
2. Position the transfer and press for 10 seconds.
3. Peel the film: for Custom and Same Day, wait 5 to 10 seconds after opening the press; for Glitter, let the transfer cool completely before peeling.
4. After removing the film, cover the design (Teflon sheet for a glossy finish, cotton or linen for a matte finish) and press for 10 seconds to seal.
Test one garment before running a batch. UV DTF needs no heat press. Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
How long do ready to press transfers last before you press them?
Keep them flat, out of direct sunlight, and away from damp spots. That way they’ll last a year or more. We ship them flat so they stay in good shape.
