We Print In-House
We print your order in our Miami shop for $0.35 per inch. There is no minimum order. Standard production takes 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Press and Go
Your transfers come ready to press. Place, press, peel, and you're done. No weeding or masking needed before you apply them to the garment.
What "Ready to Press" Actually Means
A ready to press DTF transfer shows up at your shop already done. The design is printed on film, powdered, and cured. You put it on the shirt, press it, and peel. No weeding, no cutting, no layering vinyl, and no printer to buy. All you need is a heat press.
Here is the difference between DTF and heat transfer vinyl. With vinyl, you cut the design and then pick out every piece of material that isn't part of it. On detailed artwork, that weeding step can take longer than pressing the shirt. With DTF, the sheet comes out of our printer exactly how it goes onto the garment.

How to Press Them
Most suppliers, and even Google’s AI answer, say 300°F to 320°F for 10 to 15 seconds. Here’s the exact sequence we run on every order we press in our shop, with the numbers we’ll back up.
Pre-press the garment
Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds. That pulls out the moisture and flattens the surface. If you skip this step, the transfer will likely lift at the edges. It’s the most common mistake.
Press the transfer
Press the transfer at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 seconds. Use medium firm pressure, between 60 and 80 PSI.
Peel
For our custom gang sheets, use hot peel. Wait 5 to 10 seconds until the film feels warm, not hot. Then pull it off in one steady motion. For glitter, use cold peel. Wait until the film is completely cold, not just warm.
Seal it, never skip this step
Seal it at 310°F for 10 seconds. Don't skip this. The second press bonds the ink into the fibers. Use a teflon sheet if you want a glossy finish, or lay a cotton tee or linen cloth on top for matte.
Heat presses are not calibrated the same way, so treat these as a starting point and test one shirt before running a batch. Always press on a flat area with no seams or zippers underneath. Find the full step-by-step settings on our Pressing Instructions page.
Fabrics That Fight Back
DTF works on cotton, polyester blends, canvas, and most standard apparel. But three things cause problems in our shop. You should know them before you order.
Moisture wicking and UV treated garments
The chemical finish sits between the ink and the fiber, which messes with how well the ink sticks. Some cotton piqué polos have the same treatment on them, but the label won't tell you that.
Certain polyesters
When the fabric heats up, the dye moves and ends up staining the transfer paper. You run into the exact same issue if you press over a shirt that already has sublimation printing on it.
Anything with a texture
The film needs a flat surface to bond into the fabric.

We print each transfer with professional grade inks and films. They hold up wash after wash without fading or peeling. The inks, film, and adhesive powder are all OEKO-TEX certified.
Pricing by Volume
Gang sheets are priced per linear inch of 24 inch wide film. Most other suppliers use 22 inch film. That means each linear inch you buy from us gives you about 9% more usable area.
A 24 inch sheet costs $8.40. A 600 inch roll costs $186.00. No order minimum, no membership, and no setup fee.
Custom gang sheets go into production within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If you order Same Day Gang Sheets before 1:00 PM ET, they go into production that same business day. We print and ship from our Florida facility to anywhere in the United States. Ground shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. We only ship, so pickup is not available.
Turnaround
Standard production runs 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Need it faster? Same Day Gang Sheets get priority and ship the same business day if you order before 1 PM ET. That costs $0.50 per inch.

Questions We Get
Do you press DTF transfers twice?
The first press bonds the design. After you peel, the second press seals it. Both take 10 seconds. People skip that second press, then wonder why the print cracks.
How long do ready to press transfers last before you press them?
Keep them flat, out of direct sunlight, and away from damp spots. That way they’ll last a year or more. We ship them flat so they stay in good shape.
How soon after pressing can the shirt be washed?
Wait 24 hours, then wash inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble low.
Can you over press a DTF transfer?
Too much heat or time will scorch the fabric and dull the colors. If your print looks glossy when you didn't want it to, that's usually a heat issue, not a problem with the film.
Do I need parchment paper?
A teflon sheet is better. Parchment works too, but we have one warning from our shop: if the paper gets a wrinkle, that wrinkle will press into the transfer.
Are your inks certified?
Our inks, film and powder are all OEKO-TEX certified.
