A 22"×24" gang sheet gives you 528 square inches of print space. The more designs you nest onto that sheet, the lower your cost per individual design. A single 4"×4" logo on a full gang sheet costs a fraction of what it would as a standalone order — because you're sharing the sheet space across multiple designs.

This means:

  • Bigger sheets = more cost-efficient per design. A 22"×24" costs less per square inch than a 4"×4" one-off.
  • Gang sheets are the standard wholesale format. Mix sizes, mix designs, fill the sheet.
  • No volume discount tiers to qualify for. The efficiency comes from how you fill your sheet, not from hitting a monthly order threshold.

Every order is priced by the square inch of film used. You are not paying per design or per unit — you are paying for the total print area on your sheet. A 22"×24" gang sheet with 15 designs costs the same per square inch as a 22"×24" with 5 designs. Fill your sheet completely to maximize efficiency.

What file format do I need for wholesale DTF transfers?

PNG files with a transparent background are the standard. Files must be at 300 DPI or higher at print size. PDF is accepted. We do not accept JPG for transfers (no transparency). If your files need color correction or resizing, contact us before ordering.

How fast do wholesale orders ship?
