What We Do
We print DTF transfers and ship them. That's the whole business. Standard production runs on a 24-hour turnaround Mon–Fri from order confirmation. Same Day DTF and UV DTF orders confirmed before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday produce the same business day. Same Day Gang Sheets carry their own price per inch, and UV DTF is same day at no extra cost. Delivery time is separate from production and depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The gang sheet format is the core of how we work. Instead of printing one design per sheet, you send us a single file with multiple designs nested together on a 24" or 22" wide layout (depends on the product you pick). We print that layout as one unit. You cut the designs apart and press them individually. That's how you get more prints for less cost — you're paying for film, not per design.

Wholesale accounts and tax exemption
You can order at our published wholesale prices without applying for a wholesale account. The price depends on which transfer you choose and how long the sheet is. A single sheet is a valid order.
Tax-exempt ordering has a separate process. Create a store account if you do not already have one, then use the Tax Exemption form to submit your resale certificate and the email address on your account. Submitting the form requests tax-exempt ordering; it does not unlock a different price list.

Is DTF Transfers Wholesale a manufacturer or a reseller?
We print our transfers in-house in Miami, Florida. Your gang sheets are printed by our team, rather than purchased as finished transfers from another printer.
Do you sell to print shops and resellers at wholesale rates?

Where are the transfers printed and where do you ship?
We print in Miami, Florida, and ship to all 50 states. We operate online, with no public storefront or local pickup. Production time is separate from carrier transit. See our production and shipping times.
How do I set up a tax exempt wholesale account?
Create an account with DTF Transfers Wholesale if you do not already have one. Then open our Tax Exemption form, enter your account email and business details, and upload your resale certificate to request tax-exempt ordering. The form is for your tax-exemption request; our published wholesale prices are available without it.
Since when have you been printing?
We've been printing since 2012 and working with DTF since 2021. You can see the 2012 opening date on our Etsy shop. Those are two different milestones: our printing history began before we started offering DTF.
How Pricing Works
Priced per linear inch of sheet length, at a fixed width for each product. You can order one sheet, with no setup fee. Custom DTF sheets start at 24 inches long.
Everyone has access to the same published prices. Custom, Same Day and Glitter rates step down as sheet length increases. UV DTF stays at $0.72 per linear inch at every available length. Your order history does not change the rate.

Reprint If We Made It
If the error is ours — misprint, color shift, missing element — send photos within 7 days and we reprint at no cost. No runaround.
