Hot Peel Benefits for Fast Turnaround

Hot Peel is the preferred finish for same day production. Wait 3 to 5 seconds after lifting the press and the carrier film lifts off cleanly, which keeps your workflow moving when timing matters. If you can't remove the film within that window, letting the transfer cool longer (or fully) also works — the film still releases cleanly.

What happens if I miss the 1:00 PM ET cutoff?

Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM ET are processed the next business day with standard 24-hour production turnaround. You keep your place in the queue — you just don't ship the same day.

Does same-day include shipping time?

Same-day applies to production, not delivery. Your order leaves our Miami facility the same business day; the shipping method you pick at checkout determines when it arrives.

Can I combine same-day with glitter?

Guaranteed same-day (with the 1 PM ET cutoff) is available for Same Day DTF Gang Sheet and UV DTF only. Glitter follows the standard 24-hour production turnaround Mon–Fri.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

Artwork that requires corrections may lose its same-day slot. Upload PNG, PDF, or AI at 300 DPI with a transparent background. If our team spots an issue, we will contact you — but the clock keeps running against the 1:00 PM cutoff.

Do I need a teflon sheet for pressing?

Recommended. A teflon sheet protects the design during pressing and helps with durability on the second press. A second pressing is also recommended after peel for maximum wash performance.

Does "same day" mean the order arrives today?

No— same-day is the production promise, not a delivery promise. Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM ET Mon–Fri print and leave our Miami facility the same business day. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you pick at checkout: UPS Next Day arrives the next business day, 2nd Day in two, and Ground in 1–5 business days depending on distance from Miami. Pair same-day production with Next Day shipping if you truly need it at the door by tomorrow.

What if I'm on the West Coast — does the 1 PM ET cutoff still work?

Yes. 1:00 PM ET equals 10:00 AM PT,11:00 AM MT, and 12:00 PM CT. Most West Coast customers have through mid-morning local time to place a same-day order. If you miss it, the order rolls to the next business day and runs on standard 24-hour production turnaround from that point.

I'm planning to order at 12:55 PM ET — will that still count?

The cutoff is applied to the moment your order is confirmed at checkout, not when items are added to cart. If checkout completes before 1:00 PM ET (system timestamp), the order qualifies for same-day production. If it completes at 1:01 PM ET or later, the order is produced the next business day. No manual judgment — the timestamp decides.
