The difference is the peel: Budget is cold peel exclusively, which lets us streamline production for high-volume runs and pass the savings through. Print quality, fabric compatibility, and press specs are the same.

How long do I need to wait before removing the film?

Wait until the transfer has cooled completely— not warm, not hand-temperature, cool to the touch. Peeling too early on a cold peel product will lift the design or leave edges uneven.

Is the print quality the same as Custom DTF?

Yes. Same commercial-grade printing, same color fidelity, same press specs (300°F / 10–12s / medium–heavy). The difference is peel method and pricing.

What Materials Are Compatible with Budget Cold Peel DTF?

Cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, leather, denim, and nylon. Not recommended for coated fabrics, highly elastic materials, rough textures, or sublimated jerseys.

Can I get same-day turnaround on this product?

Guaranteed same-day (with the 1 PM ET cutoff) is available only for Same Day DTF Gang Sheets and UV DTF. Budget Cold Peel runs on standard 24-hour production turnaround Mon–Fri — no cutoff applies.

Can I order Budget Cold Peel and Custom DTF together in one order?

Yes — multiple DTF products can go on the same order and ship together from our Miami facility. Just add each product to cart and check out once. Each product keeps its own price, spec, and peel method; they ship in the same package when the production schedule aligns.

Is the wash durability the same as Custom DTF?

Yes — same ink, same film, same adhesive layer. The only difference is the peel method (cold peel only). Cold peel actually tends to produce very strong initial bond because you let the adhesive fully set before lifting the carrier film, which is a plus for long-wear durability. With proper application Budget Cold Peel holds up to repeated washing just like Custom DTF.
