What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single piece of DTF (Direct to Film) transfer paper loaded with multiple designs arranged side by side. Instead of printing each design on its own separate sheet, your print supplier nests all of your artwork onto one large sheet — maximizing film coverage and reducing the cost per individual transfer.

The sheet ships to you as one piece. You cut apart the individual transfers, then press each one onto the garment or substrate at the correct temperature and pressure. The process is identical to pressing any single DTF transfer — gang sheets just mean you get more designs per dollar.

Glitter DTF Gang Sheets

Gang sheets printed on glitter film for sparkle and metallic effects. Glitter transfers are produced on a 24–48 hour turnaround (not same-day) due to the specialty film. Compatible with the same heat press settings as standard DTF: 285°–300°F (140–148°C), 10–12 seconds, medium-firm pressure.

File Requirements for Gang Sheets

  • Format: PNG with transparent background is required. JPG is not accepted for DTF (no transparency layer).
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at the intended print size.
  • Size: Send files at the actual print size in inches. A 4"×4" design should be submitted as a 1,200px × 1,200px PNG at 300 DPI.
  • Color: We accept both CMYK and RGB. No color matching guarantee for RGB files — if color accuracy is critical, submit CMYK or request a proof.
  • Bleed: Not required. We handle nesting, spacing, and cut margins.

A DTF gang sheet nests multiple designs onto one large sheet of film — you get all your designs in one shipment and cut them apart before pressing. A standard DTF transfer is one design on its own sheet. Gang sheets are the wholesale format because they reduce cost per design and consolidate shipping.

Is there a minimum order for gang sheets?

No minimum. You can order a single 22"×24" sheet or multiple sheets. Pricing is per square inch regardless of quantity. Larger sheets naturally lower your cost per design.

What size gang sheet should I order?
