Upload Artwork

Uploading Art: If your file is too large to upload, please email us the file and your order number. Please be sure your artwork is in high resolution 300 dpi and saved as a PNG with no background. Other acceptable art forms: PDF, PSD, and AI files with transparent and vectorized artwork.

Color mode: RGB. 

Print width is 24 inches on Custom and Same Day gang sheets, and 22 inches on Glitter and UV DTF. You choose the length when you order.  IF THE ARTWORK DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. 

Return Policy: We cannot offer returns or exchanges as all items are printed as orders come in with your special artwork. Please read all instructions before ordering. 

IMPORTANT: 

Colors: We are not responsible for colors. You must check your colors -- we do not match or check colors for you. Please check your Pantone colors, as what you see on the screen is not necessarily what will print.

Small, Fine Print: Words less than 0.35 inches will not come out well and will most likely not transfer onto the garment. Fine, tiny details will not adhere to the transfer. Add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results. 

Transparency effects: These are our file rules for every order. Remove soft shadows, drop shadows, glows, see-through effects and fades to transparent: the white layer on the back of a transfer needs to be solid, and where it isn't, the transfer can break. On Custom, Same Day, By Size and Glitter, also replace color-to-color gradients with solid colors (on UV DTF, gradients between solid colors are fine). If a file needs changes, we ask you for a corrected file before we print.

Resolution: Artwork must be created in 300 DPI for best print quality. Images with lower quality will not print well. The printing process needs a high-quality image to have a clean and neat image. Check your edge quality and watch out for pixely images.
