What One Transfer Costs
On a gang sheet you pay for film by the inch, not per print, so what one transfer costs depends on how many designs you pack onto the sheet.
As an example, a 48 inch custom gang sheet runs $16.80 and holds 6 front prints of 11 x 12 inches, set in straight rows with half an inch between them. That comes to $2.80 each. Smaller designs work out cheaper per piece, since more of them fit on the same sheet. Pocket logos, sleeve prints and name drops all work that way.
If you think in square inches: a 24 inch wide sheet at $0.35 per linear inch comes to about 1.5 cents per square inch of film, and about 1.3 cents at the 500 inch rate of $0.31. That spreads the sheet price over all the film you buy, including the gaps between designs, so it is not a price per transfer.
Two things bring your cost per shirt down:
- Pack your designs in tight. Empty film is money you already spent.
- Order a longer sheet. The rate drops at 108 inches, again at 250, and again at 500. A 600 inch sheet costs about 11 percent less per inch than a 24 inch one.

What Is Not In The Price
The charges we do not add:
- No setup fees, no per-design charges. Fit 40 designs on one sheet and you still pay length times rate.
- No color charges. Full color costs the same as one color, and white ink is included.
- No minimum order. A single 24 inch sheet at $8.40 counts as a real order, and we will print it.
- No wholesale account, no form to fill in. Longer sheets drop to a lower rate for everyone, automatically. See every product on our bulk DTF transfers page.
- No fees added after checkout. On a gang sheet, only two things set your price: sheet length and product type. Same Day costs more because we print it the same business day, as long as the order comes in before 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. On a 24 inch wide sheet, Same Day runs $0.50 per linear inch from 24 to 107 inches, against $0.35 for Custom DTF Gang Sheets. Longer Same Day sheets step down to $0.47, $0.46 and $0.44. You can see every one of those rates in the table above before you order.

Common Questions About DTF Pricing
How much does a single DTF transfer cost?
It depends on the size and on how you order. Cut to size, one transfer costs from $0.95 for a 2 x 2 inch design to $9.10 for a 12 x 17 inch one (DTF Transfers by Size). On a gang sheet you buy film by the inch instead. As an example, a 48 inch custom sheet at $16.80 fits 6 front prints of 11 x 12 inches in straight rows with half an inch between them, so $2.80 each, and smaller designs cost less per piece because more of them fit.
Why are gang sheets priced by the inch instead of per print?
Because film is what costs us, not the design. A sheet runs the same whether it carries one big graphic or forty small ones. Pricing by the inch passes that straight through to you, and it is why nesting well is worth the extra ten minutes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, and nobody has to ask. The rate drops at 108 inches, at 250, and again at 500, on every order, for every customer. That is how custom gang sheets go from $0.35 to $0.31 per inch.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The smallest custom sheet is 24 inches at $8.40, and one is a fine order.
Where can I get DTF transfers with free shipping?
Here, on orders of $99 or more, shipped ground inside the United States. Most repeat orders clear that on one sheet: a 300 inch custom gang sheet is $96.00, a 500 inch sheet is $155.00.
What is the cheapest way to order?
On gang sheets, one long sheet instead of several short ones, nested tight. Six 96 inch sheets cost $201.60 and give you 576 inches of film. One 600 inch sheet costs $186.00 and gives you 600 inches. More film, $15.60 less.
Do the prices change if I order every week?
No. The published rates do not depend on how often you order. Promotional discounts are separate from these rates.
