What One Transfer Costs
You are buying film by the inch, not prints. So what one transfer costs comes down to how tightly you nest. A 36 inch custom sheet is $12.60 and typically fits around 6 adult size front prints, which puts it near $2.10 a print. Go smaller, pocket logos and sleeve hits and name drops, and that number falls off fast, because the same sheet holds a lot more of them.
Two levers move that number, and you control both:
- Nest tighter. Blank film is film you paid for. Rotating one design to close a gap is the biggest single lever on what you end up paying per shirt.
- Order longer sheets. The rate steps down at 108 inches, again at 250, again at 500. A 600 inch sheet runs about 11 percent less per inch than a 24 inch one.
What Is Not In The Price
The charges we do not add:
- No setup fees and no per design charges. Put 40 different designs on one sheet. The price is still length times rate.
- No color charges. Sheet length is the only thing that moves the price. Full color costs what one color costs, and white ink is already in there.
- No minimum order. One 24 inch sheet at $8.40 is a real order and we will print it.
- No volume tiers to apply for. There is no wholesale account and no form to fill in. Longer sheets drop to a lower rate for everybody, automatically.
- No surprise rush fee. Same day does cost more per inch, and that higher rate is printed in the table above. Nothing gets added to your cart after you order.

Common Questions About DTF Pricing
How much does a single DTF transfer cost?
Anywhere from about $2.10 to well under a dollar, depending on size. A 36 inch custom gang sheet at $12.60 typically fits around 6 adult size front prints, so roughly $2.10 each. Fill that same sheet with small logos instead and the per piece cost drops hard. We do not publish a per piece price because you are buying film by the inch, not prints.
Why is DTF priced by the inch instead of per print?
Because film is what costs us, not the design. A sheet runs the same whether it carries one big graphic or forty small ones. Pricing by the inch passes that straight through to you, and it is why nesting well is worth the extra ten minutes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, and nobody has to ask. The rate drops at 108 inches, at 250, and again at 500, on every order, for every customer. That is how custom gang sheets go from $0.35 to $0.31 per inch.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The smallest custom sheet is 24 inches at $8.40, and one is a fine order.
Where can I get DTF transfers with free shipping?
Here, on orders of $99 or more, shipped ground inside the United States. Most repeat orders clear that on one sheet: a 300 inch custom gang sheet is $96.00, a 500 inch sheet is $155.00. Below $99, ground shipping is a flat $11.99.
What is the cheapest way to order?
One long sheet instead of several short ones, nested tight. Six 96 inch sheets cost $201.60 and give you 576 inches of film. One 600 inch sheet costs $186.00 and gives you 600 inches. More film, $15.60 less.
Do the prices change if I order every week?
No, and that is the whole point. The rate you see is the rate on your first order and on your hundredth. Nothing was negotiated, so there is nothing to renegotiate.
