Custom DTF sample: Use 300°F on cotton and blends, or 280°F on polyester and synthetics. Use 60 to 80 PSI on an auto or pneumatic press, or medium to firm pressure on a manual press. Pre-press the empty garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture. Position the transfer and press for 10 seconds. Open the press, wait 5 to 10 seconds, then peel the film off in one smooth motion. Cover the design (Teflon sheet for a glossy finish, cotton or linen for a matte finish) and press for 10 seconds to seal. Use the selected temperature throughout. Test one garment before running a batch.
