What a UV Gang Sheet Costs
UV DTF is $0.72 per linear inch at every length. A 12 inch sheet is $8.64 and a 96 inch sheet is $69.12. The rate does not change with size, so the math is the same on your first sheet and your fiftieth. Free ground shipping on orders over $99.
There is no charge for using the builder. The rate per inch is the same whether you upload a finished sheet or arrange it here.

What Is Different About Building on UV
UV DTF is a peel and stick transfer for hard surfaces, not a heat transfer for fabric. That changes how you lay out the sheet:
No Heat Press Is Involved
The transfer sticks to tumblers, glass, metal, acrylic, and other smooth hard goods by hand.
Curved Surfaces Want Smaller Pieces
A design that wraps a tumbler applies cleaner when it is split into sections than as one long piece.
The Film Is 22 Inches Wide, Not 24
A layout built for our custom gang sheets will need to come in by two inches.
Files the UV Builder Accepts
PNG, PDF, or AI files at 300 DPI with a transparent background. Upload as many separate files as you want; the builder treats each one as a design you can move, scale, and repeat on the sheet.
Turnaround and Shipping
UV DTF is eligible for same day production. Order before 1:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, and it goes into production the same day at no extra cost. Our production and dispatch hours are 9:00 to 17:00 ET, Monday to Friday. Ground shipping is free on orders over $99 and every order ships from Miami to all 50 states.
